The Four Winds West Subdivision has 47 single family lots and is located across the street from the Four Winds Subdivision on CTH E in Hartland WI.

Four Winds West will be an architecturally controlled subdivision in the heart of the Lake Country area. It is conveniently located adjacent to Swallow Elementary and Arrowhead High School. Each lot will include sanitary sewer and municipal water, paved streets with curb and gutter, sidewalks, underground electric, natural gas, telephone and cable services.

Four Winds West homes must be a minimum of 2600 square feet for a two story and 2250 square feet for a one story excluding living area in lower or basement level. Only materials such as solid wood, concrete siding, stone, brick, or EFIS will be allowed on exterior walls. All building plans, architectural details and house location will need approval by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). No outbuildings or above ground pools will be permitted. Each lot owner is required to purchase and install a specific lamp & post and mailbox set. Additional requirements involving specific construction details will be provided at time of purchase.

ValleyWood is an architecturally controlled single family home subdivision in the Town of Jackson. Each lot is served by municipal sewer and water. The subdivision is located within 5 minutes from downtown Jackson or West Bend. West Bend is the most growth-orientated community in Washington County.

ValleyWood home construction requirements include:

  • 1,950 SF Minimum for One Story or Tri Level
  • 2,300 SF Minimum for Two Story (1,200 SF on the 1st Floor)
  • Minimum Building Setbacks: Front 42’, Rear 40’, Side 12.5’, Wetlands 25’
  • Village of Jackson Sewer and Water to lot line
  • Natural Gas, Electric and Telecommunications to lot line
  • Sewer and Water connection fee paid at time of building permit is approximately $5,100
  • Buyer is required to purchase and install a custom Mailbox and Post Light - $1,200
  • Proposed Annual Homeowners Association dues are approximately $250
  • Only cedar or concrete board siding is approved for the exterior of a house along with cultured stone
  • Roofing shall consist of dimensional asphalt shingles at 320 pounds per square foot
  • Three sets of building plans with stake out survey shall be required for submittal to the ACC
  • All material types and colors need to accompany submittal of building plans
