2017 MBA Parade of Homes

This year the Metropolitan Builders Association has their Parade of Homes from Saturday, August 12, through Monday, September 4. There are 22 homes from 18 MBA member builders, located in 3 different subdivisions.

These 22 homes are brand new, recently built by some of Southeastern Wisconsin's premier home builders. We (SCI Real Estate) are one of the Parade of Homes developers representing our Four Winds West subdivision in Hartland with lots available. You will be able to tour 4 homes in the subdivision. These are from Trustway Homes, Kaerek Homes, Steeple Pointe Homes, and Victory Homes of Wisconsin, Inc.

The MBA Parade of Homes event is nationally recognized, running since the 1940s, and gives you access to excellent subdivisions with must-see model homes. 

With each subdivision and house you visit you will see the latest in both exterior and interior design. You will notice the latest decorating trends, experience new and even sustainable building techniques, and see the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.

It doesn't matter what stage you are in now. You might be interested in buying or building your own dream home or remodeling the house you live in. Or maybe you just want to get ideas for some home improvement projects you have in mind. Regardless of your reasons this is an opportunity to see what some of the top builders are doing right now.

Tickets are available at Parade of Homes entrances or you can get them online here. They are also available in person at Malkins Flooring in Menomonee Falls, Neu's Hardware Gallery in Menomonee Falls and Brookfield, and Nonn's in Waukesha.
